Tommy Hunt runs Sway Digital solo. Verifying a month of appointments used to mean counting them by hand across calendars, confirming each one with the client, then cross-checking Zoom logs.
Now every appointment is logged the moment it’s booked. After the call, the system pulls the transcript, classifies it as shown or no-show, writes the outcome and objections back into the pipeline, and reconciles all of it into billing. Checking a disputed appointment takes a minute instead of an afternoon, so he stopped writing them off.
